I will work as hard as I need to for the client AND the candidate. I truly enjoy getting to know the people that I work with (their career goals, their personality and what type of environment they would best thrive in). I also like to get to know our client and what their company's culture and environment is all about. It is definitely NOT just about the candidate's experience, it is also about the chemistry and best culture fit for that candidate, as well as the best fit for the client. Successful recruitment to me is making sure I am creating the right "marriage" for both the candidate and the organization.

I have a total of 10 years of experience in recruiting. I started in 1998 at Shuler and Associates where I recruited nationwide for Advertising and Marketing candidates in the areas of Food and Beverage. Some of my larger clients include Burger King Corporation, McDonalds Corporation, Foote Cone & Belding, and DMB&B.
I left Shuler and Associates to try my hand at outside sales. I joined Stewart Title and was the top Account Manager in Orange County for over 6 years, working with real estate brokers and mortgage lenders. After years of real estate "mixers" and expensive events, I realized that my heart was still in recruiting, where I felt I was really making a difference in peoples’ lives.
